Buyers who collect pick up at the farm at a scheduled time. Arrive with a suitable vehicle and crate, and let us know your timing in advance on WhatsApp.
Returns and privacy
Clear terms for every order
Equipment warranty: cages, incubators, and feed equipment carry the warranty stated on the product listing. Report any fault with photographs and your order reference within the stated period so we can assess it.
Live-bird inspection: check birds on arrival and report any concerns on the same day, with photographs and the time of delivery. Customer contact details are used only to process your enquiry, arrange delivery, and respond to your order, and are never sold to third parties.
